Product detailed description
You are getting your hands on a new variety that we were the first in the Czech Republic to grow. Until now, we are the largest growers in the Czech Republic. The colour of the wine is light green-yellow. The aroma is intensely aromatic, spicy with a hint of blackcurrant buds. The taste is pleasant, fruity, with pleasant residual sugar and fresh, higher acidity, which is its typical characteristic. The optimum consumption temperature is 10-12 °C.
Ideally, it should be paired with a light vegetable salad with beetroot, accompanied by goat's cheese.
